Black Triangle Gaps

In some cases, relatively minor adjustments to someone’s teeth can transform their smile. In this case, the patient had a “black triangle” gap in-between their top front teeth. The patient asked Tim Barker what could be done in this situation. The answer was that this black triangle gap can be corrected by building the teeth up with composite to close the gap. While this treatment requires no drilling at all, it does require that the dentist be skilled in constructing cosmetically appealing and completely natural looking tooth coloured composite build ups.

In both cases Tim used special matrices and his extensive cosmetic dental training, to achieve a brilliant result by creating indistinguishable build ups on these teeth in order to close the gap.
